THE PIT STOP COMPETITION

Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Frank Body Pty Ltd (ABN 39 162 939 120), Level 1/569 Church Street, Richmond, VIC, 3121, Australia (“frank body”).

2. Competition Period

The competition opens at 5:00pm AEST on 5th May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 2nd June 2026 (“Competition Period”). Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The competition is open to Australian and New Zealand residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of frank body, their immediate family members, and any agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

During the Competition Period, eligible entrants must:

  1. Visit the Pit Stop landing page at http://win.frankbody.com;
  2. Complete the “What’s your pit problem?” quiz to receive their deodorant match; and
  3. Submit their email address via the entry form on the results page.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same email address will be disqualified. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

5. Prize Pool

The total prize pool is valued at approximately AUD $2,292.

Major Prize (1 winner):

One (1) x $1,000 e-gift card, delivered to the winner’s nominated email address, plus AUD $500 worth of frank body products selected at the Promoter’s discretion, plus one (1) of each frank body deodorant (AHA Deodorant, Caffeine Deodorant, Ceramide Deodorant, and Niacinamide Deodorant), all delivered to the winner’s nominated Australian or New Zealand postal address. Total major prize value: AUD $1,572.

Minor Prizes (40 winners):

Forty (40) x one (1) frank body deodorant matched to the winner’s quiz result (AHA Deodorant, Caffeine Deodorant, Ceramide Deodorant, and Niacinamide Deodorant), valued at AUD $18 RRP each. Total minor prize value: AUD $720.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. Product selection for the frank body product bundle forming part of the Major Prize is at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

6. Draw

The draw will take place at Level 1/569 Church Street, Richmond, VIC, 3121, Australia on June 3rd at 9:00am AEST. The draw is conducted randomly using a random number generator. The first valid entry drawn will receive the Major Prize. The next 40 valid entries drawn will each receive a Minor Prize.

Winners will be notified by email within 5 business days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and award the prize to the next valid entry.

7. Winner Announcement

Winners’ first names may be published at http://win.frankbody.com on or around June 10th. The Promoter reserves the right to announce winners via its social media channels.

8. Prize Delivery

Winners will be asked to provide their delivery address via a secure online form. The e-gift card will be delivered to the winner’s nominated email address within 30 business days of confirmation — please check your junk/spam folder if it does not appear in your inbox.

Physical prizes will be dispatched to the winner’s nominated postal address within 4–6 weeks of the winner confirming their details. Prizes are delivered within Australia and New Zealand only.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected through this competition is collected by frank body for the purpose of administering the competition and, where the entrant has consented, for future marketing communications. Personal information will be handled in accordance with frank body’s Privacy Policy available at frankbody.com. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

10. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries and disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of this competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, or any event beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any rights or remedies entrants may have under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent New Zealand consumer legislation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
